Pilates classes offer both flexibility and strength work to help optimise how your body feels and functions.
Our live sessions run in local halls with experienced instructors that can help and support you to reach your goals.
Sessions will work on any problem areas mixed with stretches to ease off your back, hips, shoulders and necks.
There is of course lots of core and abdominal work (this includes pelvic floor too).
We offer Mixed Ability, Gentle Foundations and Functional Weighted Pilates courses catering for all needs whether you're an experienced exerciser or a complete beginner.

Once you've tried the class, you can sign up for a short course

When you know you want to continue with your new routine, then you can cut costs by joining our Monthly Payment Plan-you can cancel anytime. You will also then receive unlimted access to our Video Vault for extra classes to suit your schedule. This is the cheapest way to workout with us. You can see full details HERE
